Willie Atkinson is a military veteran of the United States Army and proudly served 24 years. After retirement, he began his writing career and loves writing all kind of genres especially military stories. After losing his wife of 31 years, it inspired him to write his first novella 'Till Death Did We Part', a story about their life together. It was a perfect outlet to deal with his grief and he discovered his love for writing.Willie enjoys spending time with his family, 2 children and 6 grandchildren, when he isn't writing. He loves his morning cup of coffee, playing the guitar, and watching movies. He is hopeful that veterans and everyone enjoys his military stories which is truly his newfound passion in the last decade.
