Dr Natalie Turney is a Lecturer in Company Law at the University of Reading. Natalie's research areas include company law, corporate criminal law, financial crime, and insurance law. Her central areas of expertise are deferred prosecution agreements, directors' liability, and directors' and officers' liability insurance. She is a Member of the CEDAW Women's Parliament, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and holds memberships in the British Insurance Law Association and Professional Liability Underwriting Society.
