Spinal column of human body is made up of 33 vertebrae. Divided in 5 different sections cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacrum and coccyx.Cervical spine degenerative changes affect almost every individual once in their lifetime. Depending upon the condition each patient presents with different complaints. Most com- mon are like pain in neck, radiculopathy pain, that is when pain radiates to dermatomal or myotomal distribution, numbness in hands or grip weakness or loss of function.3 Different complaints are because of different pathologies in cervical spine. It can be cervical spon- dylosis, spondylolysis, spondylolisthesis, myelopathy. Cervical spondylosis is the most common degenerative disorder.Cervical Spondylolisthesis, is a condition in which vertebrae slips over the inferior vertebrae. It occurs because of arthosis of facet joint and disc degeneration. Progressive degeneration or disc herniation causes the collapse of disc space and/or disc herniation leads to collapse of the disc space.
