Autorenporträt
Caryn Hartman is an award winning children's book author. She received her MA in History of Religion with a focus on Tibet from the University of Virginia. She then went on to teach in Denver Public Schools. She's excited to combine her passion for teaching children with her knowledge of Tibet in Dekyi's Dream. Her first book, Dorje the Yak, won the 2019 Nautilus Award for Best Children's Fiction Book. Caryn lives in Denver, Colorado with her two boys, husband, and a cat who thinks she's a dog.
