Francisco Rey Davila is a native-born Puerto Rican, husband, father, grandfather, United States Marine, steelworker, special police officer and retired as an Administrative Officer from the Buffalo Veterans Hospital. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Administration from Buffalo State College. He's published in a college text book "Community and Difference: Teaching Pluralism and Social Justice". He has completed three novels, several short stories and flash fiction. Francisco and his wife, Mary, live in Buffalo, NY.
