Autorenporträt
Rae writes because she must. From earliest childhood on, through every twist and turn of life and in every corner of the earth, the world has revealed itself to her in written word - and finding words to capture the beauty, the terror, and the poetically mundane has been has been a lifelong fascination. Born and raised in Berlin, she spent a year traveling through Europe and Asia after finishing her Bachelor's degree. Currently, she is pursuing a master's degree in psychology, further deepening her exploration of the human condition -- both in her studies and her stories. She received the young talent SpaceNetAward for Best Short Story in 2018.
