This book is based on research on "Delimitation of Maritime Boundaries: Bangladesh Perspective" which was submitted to the IMO-International Maritime Law Institute, Malta, Europe, in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the award of the degree of Master of Laws(LL.M) in International Maritime Law. This book begins with a discussion on the potential pledge of the maritime boundaries dispute between Bangladesh and its neighboring countries against the background of UNCLOS.
