Autorenporträt
Thomas W. Pohl is the founder of War for Truth Ministries (wftministries.org) and has been ministering to drug addicts since 2015, mostly on a one-on-one basis. While he did not know it at the time, God was training him up for his calling to minister to drug addicts and those who love them. This calling was revealed to him in 2024 and God has since called him to expand his ministry to a wider audience. This book is one of the first steps in that expansion. In 2018, after a dear friend died of a drug overdose, Thomas cried out to God in the midst of his pain and said, "Don't let her death be in vain, turn this around for good!" Four months later, after God had healed his heart from her loss, God answered his plea and dropped this book on his heart. In addition to his ministry, Thomas is the founder and owner of Orange Knight Media (orangeknightmedia.com), the home of all non-faith-based media products created by Thomas, as well as the services he offers to clients. He is also the founder and owner of Cybervision Web (cybervisionweb.net), a company specializing in the design of websites for small businesses and non-profits.On a more personal level, Thomas is a veteran of the United States Navy and his interests include military weapon systems, history, genealogy, sports, and science fiction. He receives great joy from spending quality time with his beloved godson Collin, whom he considers to be the son he never had.
