A leading authority on democracy and international support for democracy, he is the author of numerous critically acclaimed books and articles on these topics.Andrew O'Donohue is a research fellow at the Istanbul Policy Center and was previously a James C. Gaither Junior Fellow in the Democracy, Conflict, and Governance Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
