Dr. Isaac Owusu-Mensah has over fifteen years of research experience on various topics including Africäs role in international politics as well as democracy and democratic structures in Ghana. As a lecturer at the University of Ghanäthe institution where he was awarded a Ph D in 2009,he has published extensively in several peer review journals.
