"This volume of NOMOS--the 63rd in the series--emerged from papers and commentaries given at the annual meeting of the American Society for Political and Legal Philosophy (ASPLP). This meeting marked the first in the Society's modern history not linked to an annual conference of one of the three contributing disciplines--philosophy, political science, and law--and took place at the new institutional home for ASPLP, Boston University School of Law, on September 28, 2018. Our topic, "Democratic Failure," was selected by the Society's membership."
