In a society increasingly marked by violence and crime, the result of deficient public policies and government strategies that prioritize private interests over the common good, addressing the issue of human rights and public security is of fundamental importance for understanding the dynamics of society itself. In this sense, the study of this topic aims to analyze the relationship between the Democratic Rule of Law, Public Security and Human Rights, with police activity as the main parameter, in order to objectively present the concrete problems that revolve around the relational aspect existing between these entities, giving greater emphasis to the dialogue on the importance of the application of Human Rights, based on legal-doctrinal foundations for the construction of citizen policies of Public Security, concerning Brazilian democracy.
