The study review literature on the concept of Democratic rule and National security. Three hundred and twenty four copies of the questionnaire were completed and returned, giving a total responses rate of 84.4%. The study analyse the data. Besides that this study indicates the suitability of the Method in statistical analysis, and has also contributed to a better understanding of democratic rule on national security.
