In connection with the emergence of new effective methods of surface condition diagnostics before and after implantation at the present stage of metal implantology the most important task is to improve the quality of biocompatible implant and prosthetic surfaces preparation, on which their performance characteristics and, in particular, the development of pathological manifestations largely depend. The purpose of the monograph is to acquaint the readers with some recent works performed by the foreign and Ukrainian authors in the field of diagnostics of physical-chemical state of the dental titanium implants surfaces. We hope that generalization of world experience in the field of diagnostics of the medical materials surface will contribute to further successful integration of the applied physics and medicine for the benefit of human health. This monograph may be useful for specialists in the field of dentistry, undergraduate and postgraduate students of relevant specialties of medical universities.
