Mr. Samuel Maireg Biresaw is a Senior Lecturer in Laws with ten solid years of Professional, Research, Publication and Lecturer in Laws Experience in three university law schools in Ethiopia. He has written and published not few numbers of research works on various issues in the Ethiopian legal system. This book is the continuation of his effort.
