Autorenporträt
Djurdjica Ognjenovic is an international consultant on deposit insurance and bank resolution, working for the Word Bank and other international financial institutions. She is an internationally recognized expert on financial stability, specifically deposit insurance and bank resolution, EU banking regulation, and financial markets. She was the first director of the Croatian Deposit Insurance System from 1998 to 2001. Djurdjica holds Masters degrees from the Economic Faculty Zagreb in Croatia (1996), a Diploma from the London School of Economics and Politics (LSE), UK, as well as a Bachelors degree (1992 and 1991 respectively) from the Economic Faculty Osijek in Croatia.
