Autorenporträt
Usman Abdulraheem Yakubu holds Bachelors and Masters degrees in Political Science and Developmental Studies respectively from Bayero University, Kano, Nigeria. He is currently undergoing his Ph.D programme in Local Government and Developmental Studies at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria Nigeria. He is a member of many professional institutes.
