Deregulation in Europe. Legislative and Administrative Simplification in the European Union. (Text in German) The author is chairman of the Group of Independent Experts on Legislative and Adminstrative Simplification in Brussels. He deals with the problems involved in deregulation and stresses its importance for more competitiveness, stronger growth, higher employment and a more dynamic business sector.
