I also structured the book in such a way that it forces you to do your own research for example, looking up the pH of foods or finding out how much protein there is, per 100 grams of a certain meat. This is a low carb style of diet that doesn't cut out any food groups you get to have lots of cheat days and meal. Plans are included to get you started on your own journey of a healthier lifestyle
