Derrick Chambers was on dialysis for 11 months. The recipes in this book helped got him off the dialysis. He has had a kidney transplant for the past five years. From the time he received the call to come for transplant at Musc on Easter Sunday 2012, Derrick has the same transplant since. Derrick Chambers Renal Diet Recipes is his second book.
