Dr.Syamalamba Rani, M.A (Pub.Adm), M.A(Politics),M.Li.Sc,PhD working as librarian at Maris Stella College, Vijayawada, A.P.India,since 1994 and awarded PhD from Andhra University in 2007.She has successfully completed two Research projects from U.G.C and published many papers in National & International Journals, attended many seminars & workshops.
