In this book, we propose an effective fog-free methodology for remove fog from input image. In our work, firstly, the original image is converted from RGB to YCbCr. Secondly, compute the intensity component of the YCbCr image and key observation of the all pixels of the image. Most local patches in fog-free outdoor images contain some pixels which have very low intensities in at least one color channel.
