The particle size analysis revealed that the size of microspheres was found to increase with increase in the concentration of polymer.. In vitro drug release studies showed that the release of drug decreases with increases drug to polymer ration of microspheres. . From the stability study it was found that there was no significant change in the physical appearance, drug entrapment, release characteristics and floating behavior of the microspheres.
