Produktbeschreibung
Fabric relaxation is an essential operation in the process of garment manufacturing. Without it, is not possible to obtain the dimensional stability of the final products. In the late 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century there were presented remarkable changes on developing the spreading machines, which lead to solving many problems in garment industry. However, manual spreading and relaxation system raises a number of problems, such as high labor involvement, low productivity and also ergonomic problems. To address these problems, it is essentially to design and develop an integrated fabric spreading and relaxation machine [IFSRM], which would be semi-automatic driven and solve spreading and relaxation problems from different perspectives. The purpose of this machine is to reduce the spreading and relaxation work load from 6-8 to 4 operations.
