The design process of this single-person vehicle is iterative and based on several engineering and reverse engineering processes. Following are the major points which were considered for designing the off road vehicle.The primary objective of the frame is to provide a 3- dimensional protected space around the driver that will keep the driver safe. Its secondary objectives are to provide reliable mounting locations for components, be appealing, low in cost, and low in weight.The main object of this project is to reduce the weight of the object by using different types of materials and increasing total strength with limited cost and then conclude with required tables and suitable graphs, by this thesis here we can suggest other and guide to next manufactures by using different materials different boundary conditions.
