Low intensity laser device is designed using simple techniques and very basic commercial components, to make it possible to implement on large scale in under developing countries like Pakistan. The laser device consists of a PIC18F520 microcontroller that is connected to the DAC0800. We programmed the controller to get the final value at DAC0800, from where the analogue signal is lead to the laser driver and this laser driver will drive the laser diode. The intensity of laser can be increased or decreased through control buttons. Our output will stay till the time that we set at input decreasing back to zero. The obtained result is shown on LCD screen. The purpose to develop this low intensity laser device is to use it in various fields like in medical treatment, surgery, therapy and diagnose of various disorder etc.
