EVINA Joseph Valerie est Docteur Ph.D en droit public de l'université de Douala au Cameroun. Auteur, écrivain, chercheur et universitaire, il est spécialiste en droit des contrats publics, en droit public des affaires et en droit public dans sa généralité. Il est aussi chercheur au CREDA. Il est également enseignant-associé à l'INJS au Cameroun.
