U.S.Kankal did his specialization (M. Tech.) in Farm Power and Machinery Engineering from UAS, Raichur(India). He has made excellent contribution in teaching, research and extension activities.He is expert in design, development and testing of farm machinery.He has published number of research papers in national and international journals.
