The development and use of electric vehicles was motivated by the need to reduce the use of fossil fuels with a growing world population and high transportation costs. Electric vehicles use different types of electric motors. Due to their easy control, high efficiency and torque, and simple design, BLDC machines are widely used in hybrid electric vehicles. The designed motor is verified by performing Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on the dimensions obtained by analytical calculations. Here, BLDC motor design and analysis are implemented using Finite element analysis. Implementation of 120W BLDC Motor which is only applicable for small level bicycles. The motor can tolerate up to one-person load.
