The company FIRMEZA INGENIERÍA Y OBRAS S.A.S. requires an area that is in charge of managing human talent. In this way, a diagnosis was made, the result of which revealed the importance of planning the Human Management area with the purpose of guiding, coordinating and managing all the sub-processes related to this area such as recruitment, selection, hiring, induction and training of the company's personnel. The aim of this proposal is for the organisation to chart a course which will benefit both the workers and itself, improving results in terms of productivity. Therefore, manuals and processes were designed for the Human Management area as job profiles for the company's workers.
