Consequently, studies related to the levels of technological use constitute a necessary and valuable input to promote improvements in teaching and learning processes, as well as in educational management processes, and the results of the research entitled Factors Associated with the Level of Use of ICT as a Teaching and Learning Tool in Official Educational Institutions (IEO), by Said & Valencia (2015) identify, in general, low levels of ICT use in different actors of the Official Educational Institutions (IEO)of the Department of Atlántico.
