Dr. William Kenny, fellow of the American Psychiatric Association was educated in New York, New Jersey and Montreal (MDCM). William received a US Army commendation for medical service in Vietnam. He himself spent three years in psychoanalysis in NYC, and taught and practiced in New York and Connecticut, He was director of the Orange County Mental Health Center, NY, the Greenwich Hospital Mental Health Services, CT, and the Lewis County Mental Health Center, NY, before accepting a position at Queen's University, Ontario, as Assistant Professor of Psychiatry, as well as a position at the Wellness Centre. William has been married for over 50 years and they have two children.
