It is a network consisting of a closed loop, giving a return path for the current. They are thus more easily analyzed and experimentally determined. This book provides an overview of the basics of electrical and electronic engineering that are required at the undergraduate level. Efforts have been taken to keep the complexity level of the subject to bare minimum so that the students of non electrical/electronic can easily understand the basics. So far this book has examined topologies and networking standard. All the experiments in network device laboratory are explained in details with standard examples.

Il a obtenu un AMIE en génie électrique de l'Institution of Engineers, Kolkata, en 1990, un M.Tech et un Ph.D. de l'IIEST Shibpur, Howrah, en 1999 et 2012. Il a 25 ans d'expérience dans l'enseignement au sein d'institutions techniques. Ses recherches portent sur le STATCOM et son application aux systèmes électriques.
