The purpose of this work was to establish the determinants of accounts receivables management in the hotel industry in Kenya. The work sought to address technology influences, the effect of size of the organization, the effects of the marketing channels, the effects of management structures and the policy influences as specific objectives for the study. This work will be useful to those working in the hotel industry in the areas of accounts receivables management, those students of business in the undergraduate and graduate level and those practitioners in consultancy work dealing with accounts receivables management.
