Lillian is currently a lecturer in the Department Education Curriculum at Kenya Technical Teachers' College and has taught in various High Schools in Kenya. She graduated with a Bachelor of Education Degree from Kenyatta University and later obtained a Master of Education Degree in Curriculum studies from The University of Nairobi.
