Decision-making by managers in the aviation industry in Nigeria appears to be ineffective as reflected in public outcries and customers' complaints about the low quality of services rendered. To attain a high level of prompt service delivery that will bring about efficiency, effectiveness, and competitive advantage, the management of the aviation industry in Nigeria needs to access and use information systems to enhance their decision-making process. Also, there is the need to ensure that every manager possesses the right traits. Findings showed that access to, use of information systems and personality traits were essential tools for enhancing decision-making of managers in Nigeria's aviation industry.It is recommended that aviation authorities should endeavour to make information systems accessible to their managers and encourage them to use it for improved decision-making. In addition, the personality traits variables of openness and conscientiousness should be considered whenrecruiting personnel for the industry.
