The main objective of this book is to evaluate determinants of work-lives & non work-lives on employee's engagement. It is a descriptive and explanatory research with a quantitative & qualitative approach. The target population of the study was both permanent professional & non-permanent non-professional employees of the company. A sample size of 276 out of 900 employees was taken. The relevant data was collected through survey questionnaire with sampling technique for distributing the survey questionnaires. The response rate for the study was 81.15% of the distributed questionnaire. The data was analyzed mainly by using descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis and the proposed hypothesis were tested and only three hypotheses were accepted & significant. Major finding of the study prevailed that growth opportunities and personal values for job determinants on employee's engagement were positive and significant. Whereas competition from other options is negativeand significant. Job characteristics, reward & recognition, perceived organizational support, quality of leadership, family issues were positive and insignificant with individual t-test.

Taye Tarekegn erwarb seinen Bachelor-Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften und sein Diplom in Statistik an der Universität Addis Abeba, Äthiopien, im Jahr 2011 bzw. 2001 und seinen Master-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft im Jahr 2018 an der St. Mary's University. Er hat in verschiedenen beruflichen Positionen im äthiopischen Postdienst gearbeitet.
