This book examines the financial and strategic performance of firms in India. A subjective model has been developed, to measure the performance of firms. The success of firms mainly depends on the extent to which the firms are managed efficiently. The performance of firms is influenced by market value performance, customer satisfaction and environmental performance. The study of firm performance would be helpful, for the firms and governments, to frame policies and strategies, for better performance. Besides, it is also helpful to service providers/Government, to decide the best way to provide market value, to all the stakeholders.
