Within the framework this research sought to establish the determinants of level of internal integration of logistics and marketing functions. Logistician often defines integration within the framework of supply chain yet the neglect the internal integration. Lack of proper coordination and cooperation between these two functions can lead to business not meeting their customer needs and requirements the study was based on Hypothesis of two independent variable, the level of education and period in employment to establish the level of significance. A quantitative analysis of results of a case study done on Buzeki Dairy Ltd Kisumu Depot targeting logistics and marketing sections. Using SPSS and Excel. Pearson correlation and t-test was used to test the level of significance. The findings indicated that education level significantly influences level of internal integration of marketing and logistics employees. And that period in employment does not significantly influence level of internal integration of logistics and marketing employees.
