After it, a rigorous model to forecast migrations flows from Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt and Turkey to EU is developed. The weight of network effects and potential migration in origin countries is pointed out and 15 years of forecast horizon is drawn.

Autor

Dr. Rafael de Arce is professor of Econometrics at UAM and Professeur at University Paris Dauphine. He is specialist in free trade agreements and in migration process research. He has authored more than thrity academic articles and four divulgation books. He has collaborated with European Commision, United Nations, local governments, etc.
