Dr. Rafael de Arce is professor of Econometrics at UAM and Professeur at University Paris Dauphine. He is specialist in free trade agreements and in migration process research. He has authored more than thrity academic articles and four divulgation books. He has collaborated with European Commision, United Nations, local governments, etc.
