The study seeks to address this gap by identifying the factors contributing to early marriages and early childbearing, with the aim of promoting awareness and implementing interventions that can improve reproductive health outcomes. Finally, the study seeks to provide insights into the drivers of early childbearing and contribute to a better understanding of the issue in order to inform policies and interventions aimed at delaying the age of first birth.

The Author holds a master's degree in Pure Mathematics and Logic as well as a master's degree in applied Statistics. Currently, serve as a Lecturer at the Somali National University and also hold the position of Head of the Statistics Department at the Office of Planning in the Somali National University.
