The measurement of object dimensions and its distance is essential for many technical applications. The purpose of this work was to find a suitable mathematical model in order to find an easy and accurate way to determine the object dimensions and its distance. Using a digital camera and laser pointer. From the introduced parameter can be find some standard formula to estimate object distance, then find a mathematical relationship between distance (d) and the radius of the laser spot (R) to get general equation to estimate the object distance and this done through using table curve software.
