Loubna is the Co-Founder and CEO of Mind Market, a consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations create a constant stream of leaders who can tackle any challenge. She supports executives in leading change through a deeper understanding of influence, team behaviors, and culture dynamics. In her spare time, Loubna enjoys nature photography and builds on her dream to support 100 orphans from West Africa through career transitions.
