Renee Tadey was born in Detroit and continues to reside in the metro area. She is passionate about all things vintage, from automobiles and architecture to film, clothing, home furnishings and lifestyle. She is especially fond of mid-century modern design. She and her husband have traveled extensively throughout Michigan and the Midwest, exploring and enjoying the Rust Belt cities; she has been blogging about their adventures for nearly a decade.
