On the other hand, it will be done the planning of a CSR program taking into account the unique characteristics of a Cooperative Bank and how are connected with its value chain. This proposed framework is an endeavor to enhance the importance of a being a socially responsible bank and also help Cooperative banks' managers to select CSR programs more scientifically according to the existing literature and make decisions meeting the requirements of the local reality. Consequently how that can benefit society and be a competitive advantage for the regional banking industry.
