Dr.Wilma S.Reyes is a Professor of Curriculum and Instruction and fulltime faculty of the Behavioral Sciences Department,College of Arts and Social Sciences,Philippine Normal University.She finished her Doctorate and Masters Degrees in Education at Flinders University,Adelaide,South Australia through an AusAID scholarship grant.
