Autorenporträt
The Author: Dimitra Koutsantoni holds a Ph.D. in English (Applied Linguistics) from the University of Birmingham (2003). She has researched and taught academic writing at the Universities of Warwick, Aston and Luton, UK. She has published in the areas of genre and discourse analysis, contrastive rhetoric, e-learning/blended learning, and intercultural pragmatics, while she has also written policy papers and reports on the internationalisation of higher education.
