Reforms in the mathematics curriculum are required for keeping pace with the breathtakingly rapid developments in science, technology and connected fields of knowledge. These reforms target increased quality of educational outputs to make them more responsive to development needs and challenges in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Bahrain Future Schools serves as a model of future best practices for all stakeholders in the educational system. And since mathematics has significantly high proportion of low scores and failures which indicate an area where intervention by school leadership is needed. This text presents a framework for improving school mathematics curricula in conformity with Bahrain Quality Standards, and for activating school leaders to support and direct changes in the educational field essential for meeting the needs of individuals and the community.
