Mr Hemanta Raj Poudel is an Environmentalist and worked in different projects related to water, mountain, livelihood and climate change. He has completed his first master degree in Environmental Science (2008) from Khwopa College affiliated to TU, Nepal and completed his next master degree in International Relations from UMB, Norway (2013).
