The present study aimed at designing a suggested program for developing the speaking skills of English language among first year preparatory pupils in the light of Multiple Intelligences Theory. The theoretical framework of the study included reviewing the previous studies related to the present one. It also included a theoretical study of the main topics related to multiple intelligences theory and English language speaking skills.The instruments of the study included a Checklist of the required speaking skills which should be developed for the first preparatory grade pupils, An Observation Sheet for measuring the speaking skills, A Pre-Post Speaking Test, and Teacher's Guide for the subject developed by the researcher, depending on MI theory. The subjects of the present study were 80 first year preparatory pupils who were randomly selected and assigned into two groups of the study. Results showed that using MI- based program was effective in developing the experimental group speaking skills.
